The 1st of May will bring the start of a 4(ish) week trip around and through the middle of Australia in order to raise money for Mai-Wel, a disablility services provider in the Hunter Valley Region of NSW.
The trip will begin and end in Maitland, will take us as far north as Cairns, and will take us through 8 deserts, the first of which being the Strzelecki Desert.
"Us" - currently, the confirmed participants are Gerald "Frog" Frogley - riding with a cause on a Honda 125cc motorbike, Rod Davis - driver of a Landcruiser support vehicle, Tony Hughes - driver of a Hilux support vehicle, and myself, Jony Hughes - Photographer and Videographer for the trip, and relief driver.
